TERMITE TREATMENT

Pre-Construction Termite Control Treatment :

1. Treating the bottom and sides of excavation @ 5 liters of emulsion per square meter of surface area.



2. Treating the backfill in contact with foundation @ 7.5 liters of emulsion on vertical surface.



3. Treating the top surface of filled earth @ 5 liters of emulsion per Sq, meter.



4. Treating the soil along with in running meter.



5. Masonary foundation structure on plinth area basis/sq. meter

Post-Construction Termite Control Treatment :

1. Providing & injecting chemical emulsion along the external wall where the apron is not provided @ 7.5 liters/sq. meter of the vertical surface of the sub-structure of a depth of 300 mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete per sq. meter.



2. Along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 liters per linear meter including drilling & plugging holes etc in apron every running meter.



3. Treatment of soil under floor, by drilling 12mm holes at the junction of floor and wall along the cracks on the floor and along the constructional joints at intervals of 300mm to reach the soil below, chemical emulsion is squirted into these holes. These holes are then sealed.



4. At points of contact of wood work @ 0.5% by drilling 6mm holes at a downward angle of 5* at 150 mm center and sealing the same at running meter.
